ROKENG is looking for a Drafting Manager to build, structure and lead its EXE drawing production team.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of designers and draughtspeople in formwork and reinforcement.
- Organise production, allocate workload, check drawings and meet issue deadlines.
- Define drawing standards, title blocks, bar schedules and checking procedures.
- Coordinate with calculation engineers, methods teams and site contacts.
- Ensure drawings are consistent and buildable and follow up revisions until approval.
Profile
- Proven experience producing civil engineering formwork and reinforcement drawings.
- Real experience managing designers or running a drawing office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D production tools appreciated.
- Rigour, autonomy, understanding of reinforced concrete and construction constraints.
