    What we deliver

    • Civil works take-offs: concrete volumes, formwork areas, reinforcement weights, earthworks and backfill.
    • HVAC, plumbing and smoke extraction take-offs: networks, ducts, fittings, components and equipment.
    • Bills in the required format: French DQE/DPGF or BOQ for international projects.
    • Quantity extraction from BIM models, after checking the model.
    • Review or comparison of an existing take-off.

    Our approach

    1. Review of the contract documents and definition of the measurement rules: units, deduction rules, breakdown.
    2. Breakdown by package, zone and level.
    3. Measurement from drawings or extraction from the model, after checking its quality (intersections, classification).
    4. Cross-checks and consistency ratios on major items.
    5. Delivery of a traceable spreadsheet (drawing, revision, zone), with the list of assumptions and exclusions.

    Deliverables

    • Structured spreadsheets, ready for pricing.
    • Bills in the contract's or client's format.
    • Note of assumptions and exclusions.

    Frequently asked questions

In what format do you deliver take-offs?

As spreadsheets, in the bill format required by the contract or client where one exists, with references that let you find each quantity on the drawings.

Can you quantify reinforcement without reinforcement drawings?

Yes, using ratios suited to the type of structure. The estimate is then clearly flagged as such in the bill.

Do you work on international projects?

Yes, we prepare BOQs according to the format and method of measurement required by the contract.
