Projects in France and internationally. ROKENG is looking for a Technical Director to lead and grow its design office.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational leadership of the design office: workload planning, priorities, quality, deadlines and project coordination.
- Manage engineers and designers, recruit and develop the teams.
- Supervise calculation notes, structural studies and EXE deliverables.
- Lead several projects and the technical relationship with international clients.
- Contribute to structuring methods, technical proposals and business development.
Profile
- Engineering degree in civil or structural engineering and at least 15 years of experience in a design office.
- Proven management of technical teams and of complex projects.
- Significant experience of international projects and working knowledge of the Eurocodes.
- Autonomy, sound judgement, excellent French; professional English appreciated.
