    What we deliver

    • 3D structural modelling (reinforced concrete, steel) in Revit.
    • Takeover and update of existing models.
    • Quantity extraction from models.
    • Coordination support: model exchanges, clash detection and follow-up between packages.
    • Drawing production from the model.

    Our approach

    1. Compliance with the project's BIM execution plan: level of detail, naming, exchange formats.
    2. Modelling and classification of objects so they can be used (quantities, drawings).
    3. Model consistency checks: intersections, duplicates, missing elements.
    4. IFC exchanges and participation in coordination.
    5. Quantity and drawing extraction, and updates at each revision.

    Who is it for?

    • Contractors who must produce or use a model under their contract.
    • Engineering firms that need extra modelling capacity.
    • Teams who want reliable quantities from an existing model.

    Frequently asked questions

Which file formats do you use?

Mainly RVT (Revit), IFC for exchanges between software, and DWG for drawings.

Can you take over an existing model?

Yes. We start by checking the model, then complete or correct it as the project requires.

Can the model be used for quantity take-off?

Yes, provided the objects are correctly modelled and classified. That is what we check before extracting any quantities.
